In a south Delhi colony a builder floor has been beautifully adapted in to a 4 bedroom apartment for a nuclear family.

All the bedroom have been personalized to the occupants taste. The living & dining areas, which overlook a stylized feature wall have Victorian Carved Furniture.

Vivek Ahuja Residence

The renovation of the apartment in false ceiling work, wood cladding on walls and wood fluting on the ceiling. The emphasis was on comfortable sofa and furniture.

Kochhar Residence, Anand Lok

This apartment in Anand Lok, South Delhi was designed for a young couple with the emphasis being on creating a luxe and rich-looking interior. So, everything that existed in the apartment was brought down and re-built from the ground up.

This residence was designed from the ground up. The architecture of the place was very compact, given the 230 sq.yd. plot size., but the way it's been planned, from the front it looks like a 500 sq.yd. plot. The interiors were very contemporary and stylish, in keeping with the client brief.

New friends Colony

This house, designed around a builder floor, has creative features to divide a common space into the entrance lobby, the formal living room, the bar area and dining area. There is predominant use of wood in three shades : teak, walnut and cedar to achieve this unique design.

Annother house designed and built from the ground up, with traditional exposed brick and wrought iron façade, which houses a lot of furniture that is antique and of a bygone era. The traditional lines of the interiors reflect the same.

Navjeevan Vihar

This house was designed when the clients bought the unit above them, and then wanted to combine both units to form a dupliex house. A lot of structural work was involved to achieve this goal. The interior styling is contemporary, yet imparting a lot of warmth to the place.

This is another ultra luxurious residence, with top-of-the line finishes and detailing. Special emphasis has been given to the public spaces and toilets.

Kolkatta Residence

This project involved re-organizing an existing apartment for new owners and furnishing it. The look-feel of the interiors are very organic and eclectic, given the use of materials such as railway sleeper wood, bamboo, etc.

This project is set in a 1000 sq.yd. plot, with interior detailing which is influenced by a European feel. The plot houses 4 apartments of 4500 sq.ft. each. A lot of care has been taken in areas like flooring, toilet detailing and false ceilings.
